Your day-to-day:
- Assist preparing cost estimates, budgets, and work timetables
- Interpret and explain contracts and technical information to other professionals
- Report work progress and budget matters to clients and executive managements
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists
- Assist in selecting, scheduling, and coordinating subcontractor activities
- Respond to work delays, emergencies, and other problems
- Participate in numerous conferences, tenders, creating and supporting all necessary documents
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar field. Priority given to Juniors and Seniors
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 11 weeks at APIP
- Previous internship or work experience strongly preferred
- Proven technical/professional knowledge
- Must be detailed, oriented, organized and have a strong sense of time management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, skilled at face-to-face interactions and presentations to groups
