About Central Park Gateway
Central Park Gateway is a large-scale mixed-use development by Asia Pacific Investment Partners (APIP) located in Ulaanbaatar's Central Business District, Mongolia. The project comprises three towers: Python Tower (a Grade-A office building designed for tech startups, coworking spaces, and embassy tenants) and two Embassy Residences (premium residential towers targeting diplomatic personnel and international executives). The development features eco-conscious architecture with sustainability elements like EV charging stations, passive solar design, and green building materials. Ground-level podiums will house "Eatopia," a curated food and lifestyle destination with restaurants, cafes, and wellness spaces. Positioned as a hub for innovation and international collaboration, the project aims to set new standards for sustainable urban living in Mongolia's capital.
